Program offerings

Full days of clinical programming, group therapy, individual sessions, psychiatric and medical oversight, with evenings at home. Best for Portland clients stepping down from detox or a hospital stay, or for anyone whose use has escalated past what weekly therapy can hold.
Several sessions each week of group and individual therapy built around a work or school schedule. This is where most Portland clients spend the bulk of their treatment, long enough to do real clinical work, flexible enough to keep a job in the Old Port or a shift at Maine Med.
Ongoing weekly therapy for people who have stabilized and want to protect their progress. OP is the maintenance layer, relapse prevention, continued skill work, and a standing connection to a clinician who knows your history.
Buprenorphine (Suboxone) and naltrexone (Vivitrol) for opioid and alcohol use disorder, prescribed by trusted local MAT providers we coordinate with closely, and always paired with therapy here, never medication alone. Portland has real gaps in MAT access; we help you find and keep a prescriber.
Telehealth groups and individual therapy for the weeks when the commute, childcare, or a car problem would otherwise cost you a session. Portland clients frequently blend in-person and virtual across a treatment episode.
