Steve Garabedian

Steve Garabedian
Partnerships & Family Outreach Director
Steve Garabedian
With over eight years of experience in the social work and behavioral health fields, I have built my career on connecting individuals and families with the care and resources they need to thrive. I began my professional journey working with at-risk youth, where I developed a strong foundation in client engagement, crisis intervention, and community outreach.
I transitioned to another facility, where I served as the Family Liaison, helping families navigate the treatment process and fostering communication between loved ones and clinical teams. From there, I joined another provider as the Family Systems Liaison for Maine, where I supported clients and families through in-home addiction treatment services, emphasizing collaborative care and long-term recovery.
Most recently, I have served as the Director of Business Development for the New England region of a nationwide provider. In this role, I’ve focused on strategic growth, partnership building, and expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services throughout the region.
My work continues to be driven by a passion for helping individuals and families find hope, healing, and sustainable recovery.
