Why it matters

A culture of authenticity, empowerment, and hope

Credentials matter, and this team has them. But what clients tell us they remember is how they were treated: like a person, not a case. Many of our staff are in recovery themselves, and that lived experience shapes everything from how admissions calls are answered to how treatment plans are built. When you walk through our doors in Biddeford, you're met by people who genuinely believe recovery is possible, because they've lived it, and because they watch it happen every day.
